How to make it

  • In medium bowl whisk together mustard, paprika, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
  • Beat in vinegar.
  • While whisking constantly add oil in slow stream.
  • Continue beating until sauce is thick and smooth.
  • Stir in onions, celery and parsley and mix well.
  • Cover bowl and let sauce stand at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.

    This is a good recipe. I sometimes put horseradish in mine just a tablespoon. I also use grated garlic. I make mine a day ahead usually because I like the flavors marry really well. Thanks for posting this!
