Remoulade Sauce

- 1/4 cup spicy coarse ground mustard shopping list
- 2 teaspoons paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar shopping list
- 1 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green onions shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl whisk together mustard, paprika, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
- Beat in vinegar.
- While whisking constantly add oil in slow stream.
- Continue beating until sauce is thick and smooth.
- Stir in onions, celery and parsley and mix well.
- Cover bowl and let sauce stand at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.

This is a good recipe. I sometimes put horseradish in mine just a tablespoon. I also use grated garlic. I make mine a day ahead usually because I like the flavors marry really well. Thanks for posting this!
