Remoulade Sauce Recipe
This is an awesome sauce to as a dipping sauce for chicken and shrimp. It has just the right zing to it. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup spicy coarse ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions
  1. In medium bowl whisk together mustard, paprika, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
  2. Beat in vinegar.
  3. While whisking constantly add oil in slow stream.
  4. Continue beating until sauce is thick and smooth.
  5. Stir in onions, celery and parsley and mix well.
  6. Cover bowl and let sauce stand at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.

This is a good recipe. I sometimes put horseradish in mine just a tablespoon. I also use grated garlic. I make mine a day ahead usually because I like the flavors marry really well. Thanks for posting this!
