How to make it

  • Boil 2 cups of water
  • add boullion cubes, onion, garlic, ground beef, and chili seasoning
  • boil 15 minutes
  • make sure meat is well broken up in really really small pieces
  • to thicken add 3 tbl cornstarch to 1/2 cup cold water and stir in.
  • For more heat add hot pepper sauce of your choice.
  • Serve over hot dogs on top of a layer of deli mustard and finely chopped onions and the dogs in a steamed bun.

    I made this for a benfit went over great everybody wanted the recipe. I mix everything together before i heat it it dosen't clump up
    that way yum,yum,

    Love my dogs with sauce. Have to have the steamed buns, there isn't any other way to do it, IMHO.
