A nice hot dog sauce that sits well with kids and grown up kids.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 large onion chopped fine
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced fine
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 3 beef boullion cubes
  • 1 pkg of your favorite chili seasoning
  • 3 tbl cornstarch

Directions
  1. Boil 2 cups of water
  2. add boullion cubes, onion, garlic, ground beef, and chili seasoning
  3. boil 15 minutes
  4. make sure meat is well broken up in really really small pieces
  5. to thicken add 3 tbl cornstarch to 1/2 cup cold water and stir in.
  6. For more heat add hot pepper sauce of your choice.
  7. Serve over hot dogs on top of a layer of deli mustard and finely chopped onions and the dogs in a steamed bun.

I made this for a benfit went over great everybody wanted the recipe. I mix everything together before i heat it it dosen't clump up
