Spiced beets

Nice flair for beets, the humdrum root vegetable. You can sub sliced beets if you wish but cut the baking time to 15 minutes

1 large can of small whole beets (You can sub sliced beets if you wish but cut the baking time to 15 minutes) shopping list
1 tbl butter or 1 tbl evoo (extra virgin olive oil and 1/4 tsp lemon pepper) shopping list
1 tsp prepared horseradish shopping list
1/4 tsp mustard (dijon or spicy brown) shopping list
pinch of seasoned salt shopping list

drain the beets
mix butter (or evoo and lemon pepper), horseradish, mustard and salt
place beets in a covered casserole dish
pour mix over beets
Bake at 350 Degrees F for 30 minutes for whole beets or 15 minutes for sliced beets
