Black Bean and Corn Salsa

This salsa is great just served with tortilla chips, but it also works well as a salad or a topping for grilled chicken. Add some shredded grilled chicken and it makes the perfect salad to take on a picnic.
Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed shopping list
- 1 bag frozen white corn, thawed and rinsed shopping list
- 1 large red bell pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped shopping list
- juice of 1 1/2 limes shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons each olive oil and balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

Absolutely delicious! I thought I would miss the tomatoes, but didn't at all. Might want to try a small amount of thinly diced local smoked bacon for you omnivores out there.
