hashbrown casserole

- 2 pounds hashbrowns thawed shopping list
- 16 oz sour cream shopping list
- 1 can cream of __________ (use celery, mushroom, chicken etc) soup shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 stick melted butter shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheese (your choice) shopping list
- 2 T minced onion shopping list
- for topping: shopping list
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients (except for topping). Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan
- mix topping. sprinkle on top of casserole
- bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
So I decided to cut the recipe in half I realize he didn't have any cream of chicken soup so I made my own with one cup of milk and a half a stick of cream cheese
