How to make it

  • Melt Chocolate Chips
  • Mix cream cheese and chocolate together
  • Add a few crushed cookies to the mix
  • Roll mixture into 1 inch balls
  • Take the balls and roll them in the crushed cookie mix until evenly coated
  • Set them in the fridge and serve them cool

    OMG! I almost never comment on recipes, but I just made these and had to write about it! I actually made only half a batch (good thing too for my safety since I don't know if I could stop eating them!) I only had the 1/3 less fat cream cheese and nobody could tell they were so delicious! I am curious to try the fat free one since there's plenty of fat/yum in the chips and cookies. I agree that other cookies, etc would be awesome as well. I can't believe that 3 ingredients could make such an amazing dessert.
