Bonnas Chocolate Cupcakes

These cupcakes are almost like fudge. No icing is needed for these.
Ingredients
- 4 Blocks Semi-Sweet chocolate squares (chopped thin) shopping list
- 2 Sticks oleo shopping list
- 1 cup cake flour shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 Cups pecans shopping list
How to make it
- In sauce pan melt chocolate and butter over very low heat.
- In mixing bowl mix flour and sugar with spoon.
- Add beaten eggs to flour and sugar mixture. Stir as little as possible to blend.
- Add melted chocolate and butter mixture to flour mixture.
- Add vanilla and pecans.
- Fill cups 2/3 full and place on cookie sheet or muffin pans.
- Bake preheated oven 325 for 30 minutes. Do not over bake.
