How to make it

  • In sauce pan melt chocolate and butter over very low heat.
  • In mixing bowl mix flour and sugar with spoon.
  • Add beaten eggs to flour and sugar mixture. Stir as little as possible to blend.
  • Add melted chocolate and butter mixture to flour mixture.
  • Add vanilla and pecans.
  • Fill cups 2/3 full and place on cookie sheet or muffin pans.
  • Bake preheated oven 325 for 30 minutes. Do not over bake.
