Strawberry Cream Twist

- CRUST: shopping list
- 1 - cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts shopping list
- 1/2 - cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 - cup sugar shopping list
- 1- tbsp. unsalted butter shopping list
- STRAWBERRY PUDDING: shopping list
- 2 - cups quartered strawberries shopping list
- 1 - 250 ml. all-purpose cream shopping list
- 1 - cup condense milk shopping list
- 1/4 - cup cornstarch shopping list
- 2 - tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 2 - tsp greated orange peel shopping list
How to make it
- FOR THE CRUST:
- Combine all ingredients until evenly moist.
- Press crust onto the bottom of dessert bowls.
- FOR THE PUDDING:
- Combine all ingredients in a double boiler.
- Cook while stirring constantly for 16 minutes or until thick.
- Pour over crust. Let cool before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 6 hrs.
