How to make it

  • FOR THE CRUST:
  • Combine all ingredients until evenly moist.
  • Press crust onto the bottom of dessert bowls.
  • FOR THE PUDDING:
  • Combine all ingredients in a double boiler.
  • Cook while stirring constantly for 16 minutes or until thick.
  • Pour over crust. Let cool before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 6 hrs.
