Another tried and true delight sure to please those that like spicy food, which I do. The spicier the better for me. Serve this one with pride and be ready to hand out the recipe.

This was delicious! Definitely different from any of the traditional quiche recipes. I would only recommend that cooks actually use paper towels to blot any remaining oil from the cooked chorizo before adding to eggs. Mine was "well-drained" but the oil was still enough to make the eggs separate.

This dish was one of the first to go at a Mexican themed potluck lunch. Everyone loved it. Different. Pretty dish. Very easy to make. I did blot the chorizo with towels - good idea. Will definitely make again.
