Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen french beans
  • 1 package frozen baby limas
  • 1 package frozen English peas
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1Tb. vegtable oil
  • 1 Tb. worcestershire sauce
  • Dash Tobasco
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 4 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Cook each package separately according to directions and drain all together in colendar.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients for a sauce and keep at room temp.
  3. Place cooked, drained vegtables in the dish and mix in sauce and boiled eggs. That's it! Hope you enjoy our families traditional dish.

Love beans recipes, and no matter they´re hot or cold. This one sounds delicious and different to the bean salads I us to fix in summer, so I would try as soon as I can. Thanks for the posting.
