Marinated Dijon Chicken Recipe

Marinated Dijon Chicken Recipe
This is a staple in my family. I have not had time to marinate the chicken and it still comes out great. I serve it with rice and broccoli It is from my favorite cook Sandi Richards

Ingredients
  • 10-12 boneless skinless chicken thighs ( I have used breasts as well)
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1/2 cup liquid honey
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp hot chili sauce of any kind

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in this order: spices, honey, dijon mustard, soy sauce and chili sauce
  2. give it a good stir!!
  3. Pour evenly over the chicken in a casserole dish, coating all chicken nicely and equally
  4. cover with plastic wrap, stick in fridge and marinate if possible overnight. ( I make it in the morning or sometimes right before dinner and it is still nice)
  5. When ready for dinner preheat oven to 350 and cook for 30-40 minutes until no longer pink
  6. ENJOY!!!
