This is the easiest Cookie I have ever made for what it turns out to be, So Yummy. Even Better it can be of whatever flavor you can find a cake Mix in. I have tried :Strawberry Lemon, Chocolate, Spice,Pineapple, and Cheesecake(yellow cake Mix).

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix( I have tried other brands they work just as well). *Try any and All Flavors of cake Mix)*
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 (8oz) Pkg. Cream Cheese (softened)
  • Powered Sugar (to Roll in)

Directions
  1. Beat Butter, Vanilla, Egg, and Cream Cheese until Light.
  2. Mix in Dry Cake Mix.
  3. Cover and Refrigerate 30 Minutes.
  4. Drop by teaspoon into Powdered Sugar; Roll into Balls.I roll into balls then drop into Powdered Sugar.
  5. Bake at 350 for 12 Minutes until Light golden Brown.
  6. Tops will have a Crackle Powdered Sugar Look.
  7. *Prep Time Is More like 5 Minutes but with the chilling(to be able to Roll into a Ball) it bumps it up. This is a very fast Cookie to make.
  8. ** I am not sure on the servings Probably 1 - 1 1/2 Doz. but I have never made them that they don't get eaten right out of the oven:)
  9. Enjoy!!!
