This is a family receipe of my fathers, who is Native American. I believe the receipe to be more southern.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups of cooked, de-boned rabbit
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 5-6 medium potatoes, diced to fry
  • 2 tsp. sage (more if desired)

Directions
  1. Boil rabbit until tender.
  2. Remove from bone.
  3. Place diced potatoes in an iron skillet and fry until tender.
  4. Add onions, sage, rabbit and cook for aprox 10 min.
  5. Serve.
