Cocktail Meatballs

- meatballs shopping list
- 1 /12 lbs of hamburg shopping list
- 1 ½ C plain breadcrumbs shopping list
- 3 T dry minced onion shopping list
- 6 drops Tabasco shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 ½ 1 t pepper shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 1 ½ c ketchup shopping list
- 1 C water shopping list
- ½ C vinegar shopping list
- 4 t brown sugar shopping list
- 2 T dry minced onion shopping list
- 4 t Worcestershire shopping list
- 3 t salt shopping list
- 2 t dry mustard shopping list
- 1 t pepper shopping list
- 6 drops Tabasco shopping list
How to make it
- Shape hamburg mix into 1" to 1 1/2" meatballs.
- Place on cookie shets and bake at 375 for 15 mins.
- Drain in colander lined with paper towels
- (Meatballs may be frozen when cooled if you like)
- Mix all sauce ingredients, combine meatballs and sauce in a small slow cooker on high a few hours, stirring gently until sauce thickens
- If doubling for a larger gathering use a 5 1/2 qt slow cooker
- Sauce may be made ahead and refrigerated for later for up to 4 - 5 days
