Pasta Fajoli

- 1 box ditalini(small pasta (cook al dente) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- cannellini beans(white kidney beans) shopping list
- 3 stalks celery(about 3" long) shopping list
- 1t. parsley shopping list
- 1t. oregano shopping list
- 1T. salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 5T ground peeled tomatoes shopping list
- 3/4c water. shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
How to make it
- Cover bottom of a 2Qt. saucepanwith olive oil. Brown 1 medium chopped onion Drain and rinse cannellini beans and put in pan with3/4c. water Add 3 stalks of celery,parsley,oregano,1T salt,pepper and 5 T of tomatoes.Simmer ,when foam is gone,sauce is done.
- Cook pasta seperately,do not drain off all the water. Leave about a cup and addbeans and sauce and additional orewgano to taste.
