This is a quick and easy holiday appetizer that looks pretty. Please use chutney of choice. I canned a pear/apple chutney that had kick but I would also think that a mango chutney or something along this line would be incredible too! =D

Ingredients
  • 1 8-ounce round of Brie cheese
  • 5 T. Mango or whatever kind of chutney you enjoy
  • assorted crackers or toasted crisps

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Split the Brie in half horizontally. Snip any large pieces of chutney. Place bottom half of cheese in a small shallow ovenproof dish. Top with 4 Tablespoons of the chutney. Top with remaining cheese half. Spread remaining 1 Tablespoon chutney over top of cheese.
  2. Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is softened but not runny. Serve with crackers. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
