Ingredients
  • 1 can (410 g) sweetcorn
  • 4 and a half hamburger buns or rolls (don't know what you call it)
  • enough grated cheese

Directions
  1. Cut the bun (roll) in half.
  2. With your fingers, press sort of holes in the bun, just so that it could form a bucket.
  3. Don't press through.
  4. Put on a flat oven tray.
  5. Fill the hole with sweetcorn
  6. Cover with enough cheese.
  7. Put under the grill in the oven until cheese is melted and golden.
  8. This takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
  10. I make just before we take the last meat off the bbq.

Liezel, you are so creative.I think that this can be filled with any other filling like chicken, mince meat and vegetables.

Looks good to me!

What a great idea. Alot of times me and the girls are looking for something different to snack on. These look so cheesy. We love cheese.

Who does't like cheese! This is my 13 year old daughters' favourite dish, so, think you and the girls will love it.

Quick simple tasty high5
