How to make it

  • Cut the bun (roll) in half.
  • With your fingers, press sort of holes in the bun, just so that it could form a bucket.
  • Don't press through.
  • Put on a flat oven tray.
  • Fill the hole with sweetcorn
  • Cover with enough cheese.
  • Put under the grill in the oven until cheese is melted and golden.
  • This takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
  • I make just before we take the last meat off the bbq.

    What a great idea. Alot of times me and the girls are looking for something different to snack on. These look so cheesy. We love cheese.
