Pralines Microwave Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pint carton whipping cream

1 pound package brown sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

Pinch of salt

2 cups pecan halves

Directions

Combine cream and sugar in a microwave safe mixing blow

Microwave on high for 13 minutes

Stir in butter, vanilla, salt, and pecans

Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper

NOTE: Makes great Christmas gifts for friends and neighbors
