Pork Tenderloin in Sherry-Lime Sauce

- 1 pork tenderloin shopping list
- 3 tablespoon green peppercorn shopping list
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 0,5 dl sherry shopping list
- 2 limes shopping list
- butter shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Cut pork widthwise into 2-3 cm thick pieces.
- In a bowl mix dijon mustard, juice of limes, salt and green peppercorn, add pork and leave for an hour.
- Heat butter in a saucepan and fry pork for 2-3 minutes and get them out.
- Pour marinade in the saucepan, add sherry and reduce to half. Add cold butter.
