- 1-1/4 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/3cup unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2/3 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 lightly beaten egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 cup lightly salted butter melted and cooled shopping list
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips chopped shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 6 ounces softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 lightly beaten egg shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 then prepare pans.
- In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl stir together buttermilk, oil, butter, egg and vanilla until blended.
- Add dry mix to wet mix until just combined.
- Stir in chips and spoon into tins.
- In a medium bowl stir together cream cheese, sugar, egg and almond extract until well blended.
- Stir in almonds and spoon over muffins.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
