Pumpkin Fudge

- 3 cups sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 2/3 cups evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin shopping list
- 2 tbsp corn syrup shopping list
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice shopping list
- 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate morsels shopping list
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together first 6 ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart saucepan over medium-high heat, and cook, stiring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer registers 234*(soft ball stage) or about 12 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat ;stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Pour into a greased aluminum foil-lined 9 inch square pan.
- Let stand 2 hours or until completely cool; cut fudge into squares.

Does this fudge get firm? I've tried two other recipes, only to have them never get firm enough to cut, let alone pick up. I'd love to try yours, if someone tells me it definitely gets hard enough. Thanks for sharing!
