Ingredients
- 3 C Cauliflowerets
- 3 C Sliced Carrots
- 3 C Broccoli froerts
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1/4 C chopped onions
- 3 T prepared horseradish
- Salt & pepper to taaste
- 1/3 C italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2T butter,. melted
- 1/8 tsp papricka
Directions
- In a large saucepanm place carrots & cauliflower in a small amount of water.
- Cover & cook on meduim 3 minutes.
- Add broccoli and continut to cook another 4-63 minutes until veggies are crisp cooked.
- Drain.
- Mix together mayonnaise, onion, horseradish & salt and pepper.
- Add vegetables and toss well.
- place in a sprayed 2 qt. baking dish.
- Combine breadbrumbs, butter & papricka and sprinkle over veggies.
- Bake, uncovered, @ 350 degrees 25-30 minutes or until throughly heated.
