This looks good do they keep long.....I could vacum seal them and send some to the troops....if anything they can give them to the kids over there..

I looove fruitcake when baked right and aged with brandy really well--- fruity and made moist by the liquor. I hope your this would be a fruitcake cookie version of something i really enjoy eating during the holidays. thanks for sharing.
