Grilled Taco Nachos

- 10 cups tortilla chips shopping list
- 2 lbs bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained shopping list
- 2 cans (4 oz) mild green chilies shopping list
- 4 tsp taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 4 plum tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- ¼ Cup sliced green onion shopping list
- 4 Cups finely shredded colby-Jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Spray two 30 x 18 sheets of heavy duty foil with cooking spray
- Spread chips on centers of foil pieces
- Mix sausage, chilies and taco mix; spoon over chips, top with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with cheese
- Wrap foil securely around chips, grill covered, seam side up over medium for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
- 8 servings
