Ingredients

How to make it

  • Spray two 30 x 18 sheets of heavy duty foil with cooking spray
  • Spread chips on centers of foil pieces
  • Mix sausage, chilies and taco mix; spoon over chips, top with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with cheese
  • Wrap foil securely around chips, grill covered, seam side up over medium for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
  • 8 servings

    Thanks for the comment on the taco nachos.....they're stay pretty well. The other way to do it is seal and heat everything but the cheese, then add the cheese and close the grill until the cheese melts.

    This sounds interesting. Do the chips stay crispy? I'm interested in trying this with grilled shredded chicken...hmmm... What do you think, would that work?
