Ingredients
  • 1 lb thin chicken fillets
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3-4 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch Ground clove
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Black ground pepper

Directions
  1. Pat dry and season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Beat eggs, ground clove and garlic together in large shallow bowl.
  3. Place breadcrumbs in another large shallow bowl.
  4. Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, in egg mixture letting excess drip off.
  5. Dredge in breadcrumbs, pressing to coat completely. Repeat with remaining pieces of chicken.
  6. Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  7. Fry chicken (without crowding) until golden brown.
  8. With a paper towel, dry excess of oil and serve.
