Chinese boiled dumpling is my specialty and is one of my fav. food
boiled and serve with soy sauce

If you can't get ready made dumpling skin you have to make the skin youself
I use 1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of water
1 egg yol
pinch of salt
mix all ingridiends well,
you might need to add more flour or water to make a nice dough
let the dough rest for 15 mins
cut into small pieces, on floured table roll it into very thin dumpling skin

I love dumplings, it tastes great and healthy. it's also a balance diet cause it has flour in the dumpling skin, also meat and vegetables inside
