How to make it

  • Mix all ingridients
  • put 1 tbs of this filling into one dumpling skin, wrap well
  • cook in boiling water, when it come to the boiling point
  • add 1 cup of cold water
  • when it boils again, add one more cup of water
  • when it boils again, drain
  • serve with the sauce

    glad that you guys love it
    I love dumplings, it tastes great and healthy. it's also a balance diet cause it has flour in the dumpling skin, also meat and vegetables inside

    if you can't get ready made dumpling skin you have to make the skin youself

    I use 1 cup of flour
    1/2 cup of water
    1 egg yol
    pinch of salt

    mix all ingridiends well,

    you might need to add more flour or water to make a nice dough

    let the dough rest for 15 mins

    cut into small pieces, on floured table roll it into very thin dumpling skin
