Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock, seasoned
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 3/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 3 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 reciepe cream of chicken soup mix ( GF cream soup base )
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 reciepe bisquit mix ( GF Bisquit mix )

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. in a medium sauce pan, bring stock to a boil
  3. Add carrots, onions, and celery and bring back to a boil. reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes.
  4. In a casserole place the chicken and top with the prepared soup, sour cream, and worcestershire sauce.
  5. season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the simmerd vegetables with the broth and the peas.
  7. stir well and top with bisquit dough mix from a tablespoon.
  8. bake for 40-45 minutes or until bisquits are golden brown.

That's a great idea to put gf biscuit on top. We always use the Namaste mixes since they're completely allergy free (including corn starch). I guess the tricky part for me is making it dairy free? Hmm...Thanks for posting!
