Made these with frozen blueberries instead of raisins and it was delicious. The muffin base is great and would work with different fruit purees and add-ins. More info here: Moist Applesauce Health Muffins

Very good! The texture is great, spongy but light. You can taste the apple from the applesauce and the hint of spices. Baking time was spot on too. A perfect breakfast muffin.
