Ingredients

BROWNIE

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter

6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped

5 large eggs

2 1/4 cups sugar

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup white chocolate chips

FROSTING

1/2 cup unsalted butter

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped

1/4 cup cocoa powder

4 tbsps milk

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Butter 9x13 inch, 2 inch deep baking pan. Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl. Stir butter and chocolate in small heavy saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a Large bowl to blend. Stir in warm choclate, then dry ingredients. Stir in white choco- chips. Pour in pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

For Frosting: Stir butter and chocolate in small heavy saucepan over low heat. until melted. Stir in cocoa powder, 2 tbsps milk and vanilla. Whisk in powder sugar. Mix in enough remaining milk to form a smooth frosting. Frost brownies when cooled.
