How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Butter 9x13 inch, 2 inch deep baking pan. Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl. Stir butter and chocolate in small heavy saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a Large bowl to blend. Stir in warm choclate, then dry ingredients. Stir in white choco- chips. Pour in pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • For Frosting: Stir butter and chocolate in small heavy saucepan over low heat. until melted. Stir in cocoa powder, 2 tbsps milk and vanilla. Whisk in powder sugar. Mix in enough remaining milk to form a smooth frosting. Frost brownies when cooled.
