this is an easy and filling salad, loved by all!

Ingredients
  • dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • salad
  • 1 jar heartsof palm, sliced
  • 1 avacado, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 can baby corn, sliced
  • 1 head roamine lettuce

Directions
  1. mix all of the dressing ingredients together
  2. combine all salad ingredients
  3. before serving, pour dressing over salad
  4. toss and enjoy!!
