A good nacho recipe that is different. That is if you like the kwik krab. I do.

Ingredients
  • tortilla chips
  • one finely chopped medium tomato
  • 1/3 cup of minced sweet onion
  • Small can of diced jalapenos (or 2-3 tablespoons of fresh jalapenos)
  • 8 oz package of imitation crab
  • 8 oz shredded mexican cheese mix (divided)
  • Sour cream

Directions
  1. Spread chips in a thick layer across pizza stone or oven safe platter
  2. layer half of the crab and cheese over the chips
  3. add a thin layer of chips
  4. add remaining crab and all but 1/3 cup of cheese
  5. sprinkle tomato, onion, and peppers over nachos and top with
  6. remaing cheese
  7. broil unit the cheese melts and serve with sour cream
