Crispy Roasted Potatoes

- 8 potoatoes, peeled (or not) quartered or halved if small shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp oregano shopping list
- 1 tbsp dried parsley shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp powdered garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp chicken soup bouillon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp powdered sweet paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp powdered onion shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp grated romano, parmasean or other strong, dry cheese (kefalograviera is great) shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 400ºF
- Mix dry ingredients in small bowl
- Mix potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil and place in small roasting pan, rounded part down
- Generously sprinkle herb & cheese mixture over each half or quarter potato
- Optional: drizzle additional olive oil over each potato
- Roast for 45 minutes or until done.
