Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute the leeks in the oil
  • add chopped bacon
  • add a few TBl flour to thicken
  • Slowly add stock
  • Heat thoroughly
  • Chop potatoes and add to stock
  • Cook over low heat for about 45 minutes
  • Transfer to food processor and puree
  • Transfer back to pot add half and half
  • Add cheese
  • Heat til melted
  • Serve with crusty bread and a green salad
