Chocolate Pudding Pizza

Another recipe out of the Taste of Home.... This recipe just grabbed me when I saw the picture of it and saw how easy it was to make. Makes a really pretty dessert
Ingredients
- 1 package peanut butter cookie mix (17 1/2 ounces)(or you could buy a cookie dough already made up) shopping list
- 1 carton (12 ounces) softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups cold milk shopping list
- 1 package (3.9) instant chocolate pudding mix shopping list
- 1 carton frozen whipped topping (8 oz) shopping list
- 1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare cookie mix dough according to package directions.
- Press into a greased 12 inch pizza pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until set; cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread over crust.
- In another mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Spread over the cream cheese mixture..
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set.
- Spread with whipped topping, you kinda want to leave each layer where the other one shows.... gives it a layered look
- Sprinkle with chips.
- Chill this for 2 hours before serving.
