Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Taste and add extra seasoning as required.
  3. Let stand in the fridge for at least 15 mins to chill.
  4. Serve immediately with seafood of your choice or chips.
  5. Enjoy..

This is extremely good!!! I made this to go with chicken, potato and cheese croquette's! And it was perfect for that! I made it as written except I didn't use the lime juice because I didn't have any, so I doubled the lemon juice. This is a dipping sauce that I will definitely make very often!!! I added a photo.
