How to make it

  • In a wok heat a little oil
  • add pork, stir fry until golden brown
  • add garlic, chilli, untill fragant put sugar to caramelized
  • than you can add the egg, scramble until egg is done
  • add soy sauce keep stirring until you smell a smoky flavor
  • stirr in your noodles add the rest of the ingredients
  • keep stirring until all noodles are coated by soysauce
  • add bean sprout, mix well , serve

    I tried this recipe, but I added roasted peanuts and sunflower seeds. The effect was wonderful. More like Thailand, however.

    I also have tried it now using some mushrooms added near the end and some carrots put in at the same time as the meat. I also put in some Chinese cabbage. I love this recipe and it is very versatile.

    it's good, if you can get the ingredients you should try. this is one of my favorite too
    everytime I go to chinese, indonesian, malay, singapore or even thai restaurant I would order this great noodles
