An unusual and easy way to stuff celery

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. neufchatel cheese (cream cheese is good too)
  • 2 tbls. french dressing
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • A dash or two of hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked, peeled, and chopped
  • 8 stalks celery, cut into 3 inch pieces

Directions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stir in shrimp
  3. Stuff mixture into celery
  4. Enjoy
