How to make it

  • Cut fish in pieces.
  • Add salt, white wine, sesam oil, ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Mix egg, cornstarch, cornmeal, sesame, water if needed.
  • Crumb fish in the mixture and fry in hot oil.
  • Decorate with white and black sesame.
