Incredibly easy to prepare and sure to draw praise from all. They are a beautiful addition to any occasion.

Ingredients
  • 8oz. cream cheese; softened
  • 1/2c. confectioners sugar; sifted
  • 1t. almond extract
  • 1qt. fresh whole strawberries; capped

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar and almond extract until smooth.
  2. Spoon cheese mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a medium star tip.
  3. Chill 1 hr.
  4. Meanwhile: quarter strawberries from tip to stem end without cutting through stem end.
  5. Pipe cream cheese mixture into strawberries.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
