Tandoori Lamb cutlets with grilled lemon

Ingredients
  • 200g low fat yogurt
  • 1med size onion chopped
  • 2 tblsps lemon juice
  • 2tsps vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tsps chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 1 pinch tandoori powder
  • 8 large lamb cutlets
  • 2 lemons sliced

Directions
  1. Blend all together except cutlets and lemons. combine cutlets with mixture in large bowl,cover refridge overnight
  2. cook cutlets and lemon slises,in batches on a heated oiled griddle, or barbeque until tender
