Tandoori Lamb Cutlets

- 200g low fat yogurt shopping list
- 1med size onion chopped shopping list
- 2 tblsps lemon juice shopping list
- 2tsps vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic chopped shopping list
- 2 tsps chilli powder shopping list
- 1 tsp garam masala shopping list
- 1tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1 pinch tandoori powder shopping list
- 8 large lamb cutlets shopping list
- 2 lemons sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all together except cutlets and lemons. combine cutlets with mixture in large bowl,cover refridge overnight
- cook cutlets and lemon slises,in batches on a heated oiled griddle, or barbeque until tender
