How to make it

  • Brown pork with a little oil for a few minutes,
  • in another wok saute garlic, onion, then add the pork
  • turn to a lower heat, pour in coconut milk, bring to a boil and then stir
  • Add in chili pepper and cook until sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper and sugar, Serve hot.

    yes 3 cups, but green chillis are not as hot as the red ones :)

    If by long chili pepper you mean *hot* this might be a little hot even for me. But it sure sounds good.
