Phillipine food are usually salty and sour, but Bicol express are spicy. comes from the province of Bicol it's fast to cook, that's why they call it bicol express

Ingredients
- 1/4 kilo pork, thinly sliced
- 3 cups long chili pepper you can also use green ones are better (the more the better)
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1tbsp. of sugar
Directions
- Brown pork with a little oil for a few minutes,
- in another wok saute garlic, onion, then add the pork
- turn to a lower heat, pour in coconut milk, bring to a boil and then stir
- Add in chili pepper and cook until sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper and sugar, Serve hot.
