Phillipine food are usually salty and sour, but Bicol express are spicy. comes from the province of Bicol it's fast to cook, that's why they call it bicol express

Ingredients
  • 1/4 kilo pork, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups long chili pepper you can also use green ones are better (the more the better)
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1tbsp. of sugar

Directions
  1. Brown pork with a little oil for a few minutes,
  2. in another wok saute garlic, onion, then add the pork
  3. turn to a lower heat, pour in coconut milk, bring to a boil and then stir
  4. Add in chili pepper and cook until sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper and sugar, Serve hot.

If by long chili pepper you mean *hot* this might be a little hot even for me. But it sure sounds good.

Yes 3 cups, but green chillis are not as hot as the red ones :)
