Ingredients
  • 1 lettuce, tear into bite size
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tbs of soy sauce
  • 4 tbs of vinegar
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds, roasted

Directions
  1. Mix garlic, soy sauce, vinegar salt and sesame oil,
  2. poach lettuce in boilling water ,drain imediately and mix with the sauce
  3. don't add too much sugar, sugar is added not to make it sweet, just to balance the sourness of the vinegar and the saltyness of the soy sauce
  4. garnish with sesame seeds
