Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix garlic, soy sauce, vinegar salt and sesame oil,
  • poach lettuce in boilling water ,drain imediately and mix with the sauce
  • don't add too much sugar, sugar is added not to make it sweet, just to balance the sourness of the vinegar and the saltyness of the soy sauce
  • garnish with sesame seeds

    Such a great receipt. Every time guests come over to eat 'real' Chinese food, this gets served. I'm still not bored by the taste. THX

    Lettuce is a great food for breastfeeding mothers and this gives a great alternative to the usual salad style.
