Tuscan Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 container (10.5 ounces) refrigerated Classic or Tuscan Bruschetta shopping list
- 1 cup (4 ounces) refrigerated freshly shredded Parmesan or romano cheese shopping list
- 40 medium fresh white mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed shopping list
- 40 small basil leaves (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Grease large baking sheet.
- COMBINE bruschetta and cheese in medium bowl.
- Fill each mushroom with 1 heaping teaspoon bruschetta mixture.
- Place on prepared baking sheet
- BAKE for 20 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to serving platter and top with basil leaves.
- Yields 40 2 per serving
