Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel, wash & cut potatoes
  • wash & cut celery
  • wash & cut carrots
  • Put potatoes, celery & carrots into a large pot with about an inch over water over the top of them.
  • Cook until potatoes are barely fork tender.
  • Drain all but about an inch of water.
  • Add ham. cream corn & cheese sauce.
  • Stir
  • Simmer about 15 minutes or until veggies are fully cooked.
  • Cheese Sauce
  • melt butter or margarine in large pot
  • add flour & stir until consistency of shortbread dough
  • add milk & stir until smooth, removing all clumps of flour
  • add cheese & stir until melted.

    yvw:). There is ham in it so the bacon might add a crunch:).
    Not too long ago I made it with a seafood medley and ymmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
