Cranberry Jelly Candy

- 1 can jellied cranberry sauce shopping list
- 3 packages of raspberry gelatin shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 bottle of pectin shopping list
- 1 10oz. package chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 Tbs shortening shopping list
How to make it
- Beat sauce until smooth and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Stir in gelatin and sugar. Simmer 10 mins. stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Stir for 10 minutes.
- Pour into 9 inch buttered pan.
- Chill until firm (2 hours)
- Invert onto waxed paper and cut into 1 inch squares.
- Melt chips and shortening together ina double boiler. Dip squares into chocolate mixure and let set on waxed paper.
