A chocolate coated candy with the tart taste of cranberries and the sweet taste of raspberries. My family's favorite Christmas candy!

Ingredients
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 3 packages of raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 bottle of pectin
  • 1 10oz. package chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbs shortening

Directions
  1. Beat sauce until smooth and bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Stir in gelatin and sugar. Simmer 10 mins. stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Stir for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour into 9 inch buttered pan.
  5. Chill until firm (2 hours)
  6. Invert onto waxed paper and cut into 1 inch squares.
  7. Melt chips and shortening together ina double boiler. Dip squares into chocolate mixure and let set on waxed paper.
