Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine it all EXCEPT the peas, basil, and tomato. Mix it up lightly.
  • Add in the vegetables and basil (do you consider a tomato a fruit or vegetable? Yes, it is technically a fruit I believe, but I can't bring myself to calling it one). Lightly combine all this.
  • Let marinade for 30 minutes or more before serving.
  • Keeps for a day or two.

I adore peas and I am really into making my dishes colorful when serving meals. This will be perfect as a side. Thanks for sharing.

This looks great. The only way I like to eat peas is cold...I can't wait to get the first peas of the season and try this...although I'll probably use mint instead of basil because basil won't be ready until later in the summer. Also the photo is fabulous.
