Easy Swiss Chicken Recipe
I make this when I need something quick, filling and super easy to make. Yet this dish is very yummy!!!

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices of good swiss cheese
  • 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of 1% milk
  • pepper, salt and garlic salt to taste
  • package of boxed stuffing mix

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. place chicken in a well sprayed casserole pan
  3. season to your taste with pepper, salt and garlic salt ( Or whatever you want to make your chicken stand out a little)
  4. Place a slice of swiss cheese on top of the chicken
  5. mix the soup in a small bowl with the 1 cup of milk. Pour over chicken
  6. take a small bowl and add your stuffing mix. Add enough water to moisten the stuffing.
  7. sprinkle evenly over top of all the chicken breasts
  8. bake, uncovered for 40 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink inside
