Ingredients
  • 2 sheets dried egg noodles
  • 1 chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 small piece frying steak, sliced
  • A few king prawns
  • 1 packet bean sprouts ( tinned could be used)
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 spring onions chopped roughly
  • half red pepper, sliced
  • half yellow pepper sliced
  • 4 oz mushrooms
  • 2 oz sugar snap peas
  • 2 oz baby sweetcorn
  • soy sauce
  • 1 Chinese stock cube or 5 spice & salt & pepper

Directions
  1. Boil noodles for 4 minutes in salted water.
  2. Heat a large wok or frying pan, dry fry onions, garlic, chicken & steak.
  3. When chicken is cooked add all other ingredients and cook well, add noodles , stir well

Yum this looks good and fairly easy to make. I make something similar to this, it is such a great recipe especailly for using up leftovers (meats and veggies) Thanks for sharing, glad to know we do have other ways of using leftovers instead of wasting it. YUM :)
