Very Easy No-bake Cheese Cake Recipe

Very Easy No-bake Cheese Cake Recipe
This is our favorite holiday dessert. My daughter Dusty Autumn makes it for all special family events. It is easy to transport or eat at home.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (orange or lime work great also)
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust, we love the chocolate one here

Directions
  1. Cream the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla, cream together.
  3. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Cream until smooth.
  5. Add the juice.
  6. Cream until well mixed.
  7. Pour into a graham gracker pie crust.
  8. Let this set up in the fridge for at least 3 hours, best if its overnight.
  9. The cookie crust that has come out works great also. Actually better if you ask me.
  10. If using lime juice in this try melting some chocolate and pouring it onto the bottom of the crust in a thin layer, allowing to cool. Its like key lime black bottom pie that way. Don't forget to sprinkle a few chocolate curls on top of this.
