One ripe avocado is partially hollowed out. After the innards are mixed with tuna and freshly squeezed lemon juice, it's stuffed right back in for an extremely tasty and nutritious little treat.

1/2 cup marinated sweet red peppers
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 pinch onion powder
The sweet peppers added a nice bite to this

This was GREAT!!! Avocado and tuna...together they're wonderful!! I used a little sesame oil in place of EVOO and it was a nice aditional flavor!
